She works as both a family law attorney and a mediator, helping clients with divorce, custody, support and separation agreements, and she starts every case by looking for a path to resolution before litigation.
Celene Cardenas
Meet Celene Cardenas, our dedicated case manager who plays a crucial role in the realm of New York family law. Celene is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science at Hofstra University, with aspirations of furthering her education in law, particularly in areas like child custody support and divorce mediation. Her acute attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and positive approach significantly enrich our team dynamics.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Celene aids in the meticulous gathering of documentation related to child custody support cases, conducts thorough document reviews, skillfully tracks down crucial information, coordinates meetings and court dates, handles filing processes with the court, and proficiently organizes exhibits. Celene embodies a true team player and compassionate individual, ensuring a supportive and efficient experience for our clients in the challenging landscape of family law.
Jacy Samaniego
Say hello to Jacy Mae Samaniego, our Executive Legal Assistant, who supports our family law clients in matters like child custody and divorce mediation. With a strong background in customer service and leadership experience as a Team Leader, Jacy excels in communication, empathy, and problem-solving. She is highly skilled in managing administrative tasks such as inbox organization, calendar coordination, and file organization, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment typical of New York family law cases. Her leadership skills and passion for fostering collaboration make her an invaluable asset to our team.
