If any aspect of your divorce — property division, spousal support, custody, child support — remains unresolved, this package is not available. We offer mediation services specifically designed to help you reach agreement first. Once you have agreed on all terms, this package is ready for you.

2. Your marriage involves complex financial assets that require formal valuation or independent legal analysis before terms can be finalized. If your agreed-upon terms include division of a business interest, complex investment portfolio, executive compensation arrangements, or pension and retirement accounts requiring a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), those matters require additional legal work beyond the scope of this divorce strategy package. We can discuss what the appropriate level of representation looks like for your situation.

3. You are hoping to use the agreed-upon terms as a starting point for renegotiation during the attorney process. This package is designed to document and formalize agreements already reached — not to re-open negotiations. If you feel your agreed terms may not be fair and you want them reviewed with an eye toward renegotiation, we recommend a consultation with one of our attorneys to assess your position.
