Our firm may use carefully selected artificial intelligence tools to assist with tasks such as drafting, research, document review, and workflow efficiency. These tools are used only under direct supervision and professional judgment of an attorney, and they do not replace the legal analysis, strategy, or decision making that only a licensed lawyer can provide. we will never disclose your confidential information to an AI system unless the tool meets our security standards and information is appropriately protected, anonymized or otherwise handled in a manner consistent with our ethical obligations under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct. The use of AI tools may improve efficiency and reduce the time required to complete certain tasks, but you will never be charged for work that is not actually performed or reasonably necessary, and all fees remain subject to the reasonableness requirements of Rule 1.5. Our commitment is simple: AI may assist, but attorneys always decide. We remain fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all work performed on your behalf.

We do not use any public-facing AI tools that "learn" from or store your sensitive personal information. Every piece of advice you receive, and every document filed on your behalf, is the product of human legal analysis and review.
- USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The Firm may utilize advanced artificial intelligence tools to assist in the delivery of legal services, including but not limited to, legal research, document summarization, drafting, and administrative support. The Firm acknowledges that AI technology is a secondary tool and does not replace the professional judgment, legal analysis, or ethical obligations of the Firm’s attorneys.
- HUMAN OVERSIGHT AND ACCURACY. All work products generated in whole or in part by AI tools are subject to comprehensive review, verification, and editing by a licensed attorney or qualified staff member of the Firm. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, tools, or applications (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or any other large language model or AI-assisted technology) BY YOU in connection with your legal matter carries significant risks. By retaining this firm, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- CONFIDENTIALITY RISK. Information entered into third-party AI platforms may be stored, processed, or used to train future AI models by the platform provider. Sharing confidential information about your legal matter with any AI platform may constitute a waiver of attorney-client privilege and/or work product protection and may expose sensitive information to unauthorized third parties. Your AI searches are not protected by attorney-client privilege, and you can be asked (subpoenaed) about your AI searches and the search results.
- ACCURACY RISK. AI platforms are known to "hallucinate" — that is, generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, including fabricated case citations, statutes, regulations, and legal analysis. Reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification by a licensed attorney may result in serious harm to your legal matter.
- JURISDICTIONAL & ETHICAL LIMITATIONS. AI platforms do not account for jurisdiction-specific rules, recent legal developments, or local courtroom practice or rules. AI-generated legal information is not legal advice.
- CLIENT OBLIGATIONS. You are strongly advised not to share documents, communications, facts, or any information related to your legal matter with any AI platform without prior written consent from this firm. If you have already done so, please notify us immediately so we may assess any potential impact on your matter.
- NO LIABILITY. This firm assumes no responsibility for harm arising from a client's independent use of AI tools in connection with their legal matter.
If you do use AI and share your results with us, this actually increases your legal fees as we need to parse through the search results, which often include hallucinations or inaccurate information.
We are happy to schedule a strategy call with you to run AI searches upon your request.
AI DISCLAIMER: Do not enter any information related to your legal matter into any artificial intelligence platform (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools). Doing so may waive attorney-client privilege, expose confidential information, and jeopardize your case. AI-generated legal information is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
